There is a $15 charge for a replacement diploma. You may call the Cash Accounts office (417) 690-2501 to pay for the diploma.
Questions regarding diplomas should be directed to academic@cofo.edu or call 417-690-2278.
If any College of the Ozarks department or facility (e.g., the Library, Business Office, etc.) has placed a hold on your student record, you must resolve that hold before a diploma will be released.

To submit this request, choose Next. Please review your answers and then select Submit. Your request will be sent to the office of the Dean of the College for processing. Once processed, your diploma will be mailed to the address you have provided on this request.
