Former College of the Ozarks students who attended in 2005 or after may be able to reset their password for Campusweb. In Campusweb former students may view and print their unofficial academic transcript.
Complete and submit this form to request a password reset link. The link will be sent to your email address on file at the College Registrar's Office. Please allow one business day for processing.
If you no longer have access to the email address on file print the completed form, write your current email address on the form, sign and date the form, and email it to registrar@cofo.edu. We need your signature to update the emaill address on file. Once we recieve your signed request we will update your email address and send you the password reset link.
